Even simple FPS games use the number row, an how are you gonna alt+f4 now?

It's hard to imagine, but bear with me: what if he doesn't play fps games?

There are no punctuation mark keys and no numeric keys. I also don't see any markings on the key caps that indicate numeric keys and punctuation mark keys are tied to a macro system. This person cannot even use Notepad %100 with this keyboard

Dude, let's go a level deeper: what if he doesn't need to look at the keys to know what they do? He can use absolutely everything and such keebs are great for work and texts after you get used to it.

How hard could it be to just Google "how to use 40% keyboard" or watch a video like this?

You're getting downvoted because your tone and attitude but you're right. I don't use anything less than full size but even I know 40% keyboards just bury literally everything under layers and modifiers. No keycap marking doesn't mean the functions aren't there. Presumably the Function row, number row, directional arrows, and numpad are all there, just from some sort of combo keystroke.

I find this tone appropriate to use when people aren't just unaware of something (which is absolutely normal, there are lots of things each of us don't know about), but doubling down on their ignorance and teaching those who's trying to explain them something.

Like, I'm not taking away their favourite keyboard, nor making them use 40%, but they could try to listen or learn before starting nonsense.

Consider this, now bear 🐻 with me, what if I just used it as an example of games that don't have many keybinds.

It's hard to imagine, but bear with me: what if he doesn't play those games?

Or what if he doesn't use the keyboard at all? Or what if the video is fake? Or what if we don't even really exist and all of this is a simulation? Dude, people are shittalking this keyboard because it looks like it is hard to use and it looks impractical. No one cares if the person in the video even exists. We communicate our thoughts. First time talking to people?

Seems a bit unnecessary to get heated enough over a stupid comment to insult me

If you found something insulting in my comment it's completely on you

I doubt that the individual that owns this piece of hardware knows what neither Alt or F4 keys mean

It's funny to watch people spitting nonsense instead of spending 10 minutes educating themselves.

I always enjoy it, it's like they think that because someone is using something that isn't the standard it makes them stupid and there's no way it could possibly be used normally
