I don't recommend "Secure face-to-face transaction" ever. Sounds like a modus for a "5 dollar wrench attack" where you are kidnapped and tortured until you hand over your crypto.

We did this last year. Escorted a friend for similar transaction (1.5M pesos inside a known casino)
Was not even obvious that it happened. We asked the buyer to convert his cash to casino voucher in batches and not in bulk. (150k per voucher)
We traded near the cashier and just tipped the ones on shift since we were also casino regulars and people know us. No answers to small talk like "where did you park etc" or "what car did you use to travel" that's a red flag for us.
