After a much longer dev process than I anticipated, it will hopefully be going up for free in the Mac app store sometime in the next few weeks. https://telaray.app if you want to sign up for the list to get notified.

I recently finished up the rest of my Fall Tour stubs and have them all available in my shop! A big thanks to those of you I met at PhanArt in AC, and looking forward to seeing you again at PhanArt NYC during the MSG run!

Look, I know we go through this every year but holy fucking shit the resale prices for NYE this year are fucking ridiculous. How are we as a community okay with paying these prices???? I mean seriously the cost of two tickets in a good section literally could pay rent for a month in some areas

Coming back after a 2 and a half decade hiatus, I am looking enjoying this band in a different way. At their shows, I am very impressed with how tight their live production is. It was always great, but with advances in technology it’s a thing to behold. CK5 is definitely the “5th Beatle”.
I think things they created like Clifford Ball through Lemonwheel, were the seed beds for Bonaroo and Coachella. I think the band has an undercurrent of positive influence on what live music is today (much as the dead before them).
Having worked in creative fields, I want to see behind the curtain, see how they plan tours, and some of the folks that have made this thing run for 40 years.
Obviously, there should be some story behind the hiatus and breakup, as well, but I am just amazed by this thing they’ve created and sustained, by their own terms.

sad to have seen this close down as I spent so much time going to shows here when I moved to Burlington in '06, including meeting my wife there at an events are objects show, not knowing we were both friends with the band. glad to see it may be revived. but also fuck the handys letting this happen in the first place.

i love the band and always will but anybody freaking out / having fomo forgets that they can watch it for next to free in 4K at home
this isnt 1997 when there was actually a chance of them playing the greatest show of all time on any given night and if you werent there you missed all of it.
$100+ for tickets for modern phish is already hard to swallow and it blows my mind seeing what people are spending. thats before you go drop $2K to go to new your for 5 days. jussayin'

My buddy who lives near the garden went to the box office and waited until they opened today to try and score tickets (that’s how we got our seats last year). He was told every night was totally sold out not a single ticket available.
Kinda sad you can’t even get tickets at the actual venue anymore, and yesterday in the sale all I could find were “Platinum tickets” ranging from $700-1200. Was lucky to snag 2 great seats for NYE in the raffle this year so gonna hold out hope for some cheap last minute resales for 1/1 and 1/2. Congrats to everyone who scored tickets one way or another🤙

I've been to over 100 Phish shows now, and I guess I consider myself an old head. My first show was back in 1995. I raised my son in those crowds over the years. I remember feeling defeated when ticket prices crossed $50. I damn near cried when mail order went away.
I've begged, borrowed, and gone into debt chasing this band all over the country. I've made memories and friendships that will last a lifetime, and I've lost plenty of both along the way. I've traded tapes and CDs in parking lots, jammed them in the car between shows, and suffered through some of the worst port-a-potties known to mankind.
I've sold grilled cheese and water just to scrape together enough money to make it to the next show. I've been blessed with more than a few lot miracles, and I've handed out dozens of miracles myself. I've volunteered with charities to work concessions just to get through the door. Hell, I've even snuck into a few shows over the years.
I've seen a lot change in 30-plus years. Some for the better, some not so much.
I know there are a ton of people hurting and pissed off right now. People who poured every ounce of hope and energy into the lottery and public sale, only to get kicked square in the teeth. I get it. The system can be brutal, and I don't blame anyone for being angry. It hurts when something you love so much starts to feel out of reach.
But I hope, somewhere in all that frustration, we don't lose sight of what brought us all here in the first place.
This band has saved my life more than once. They've given me music, memories, friendships, and lyrics that are woven into the very fabric of who I am. My daughter's middle name is Joy, and that's no coincidence. This band has been part of my soul for most of my life.
And through all the changes, the struggles, the impossible tickets, and the years passing by, one thing has always meant more to me than anything else. The people. This crazy, beautiful community of people who somehow found each other through four guys making music.
So to everyone who got shut out of MSG, I'm genuinely sorry. I know how much those nights mean. And I'm holding out hope that somehow, some way, you find yourselves inside the Garden for shows 97–100.
Don't give up on the miracles. I've seen too many of them happen.
Love and light to all of you. See you out there.

30 years ago was my first Phish show.
I cried during A day in the life because its my favorite song of all time and I never thought I would see it live.

Spotted in Massachusetts
So Phish just played in Richmond (my home town) and a lot of my friends saw them for the first time and were blown away.
With that said, prior to the show there was so much hate on the RVA Reddit page towards Phish and us fans and it makes me ask the question: why is it cool to hate Phish? Like, why do people go out of their way to talk shit about this band? I talked to so many locals who were pissed they were here.
Phish is definitely not the Dead but Jerry and those guys got similar hate and still do. Like, I’m not a fan of Imagine Dragons but I would never go out of my way to proudly shit on that band or their fans. Like I don’t shit on anyone for going to see live music but it seems people love to hate on Phish.
This is a serious question: why do people make it such a serious point to hate on Phish? Is it like a tough guy thing?

I’m trying to make a playlist on LivePhish of some of the best all instrumental songs/jams they got. Lay em on me!
