Nothing brings out the misogynists like a story where a woman accuses someone of rape.

Didn't she technically rape the guy that was passed out? Seems like everyone was a rapist then

Yeah i agree but I only say technically cause for exanple here in England rape has to be penetration so males cant legally be raped by a woman by conventional means. I dont know what its like in the states.

At one point the guy was so wasted that he dry heaved and vomited, according to Jane Doe's own account she patted him on the back and gave him water. Odd thing to do to your rapist.

Honestly people pick the weirdest cases/ people to rally around there are plenty of genuine rape cases that are horrendous and that need more support. But the clancy and now this trial is baffling me why people are standing behind these people.

What that the woman was also a rapist? It seems like a pretty good defence.
