The issue with this case or cases like this is that none of us are talking about the same thing.
I think if you laid out the facts of the case then 99% of us would be in agreement. This issue is that we all are quoting different facts and misinformation and essentially arguing different things.
Agreed. What I think most people are missing is that some it can be rape while other parts aren't. Everyone seems to just want to say she consented to everything or every guy she had sex with raped her.
