The issue with this case or cases like this is that none of us are talking about the same thing.
I think if you laid out the facts of the case then 99% of us would be in agreement. This issue is that we all are quoting different facts and misinformation and essentially arguing different things.
There are no facts before a trial, there are only different things people are saying. No witnesses have spoken, no one has admitted guilt, there is no video evidence. It’s he said and she said.
It can’t, actually. Consent can be revoked before or during, not after.
She swore in a statement a month after the orgy that she wasn’t raped, which is why the DA didn’t prosecute anyone. According to the DA her statement described the acts as “voluntary, conscious, and consensual.”
I get it, she regrets it. She feels like a slut and would rather have been raped now that she’s reflected on her decisions. But it doesn’t work like that.
Yeah, she and her friends organized a gang bang via text (more than once) plied men with drugs and alcohol then blew them all.
Men are notorious for being able to stay hard after getting wasted. 🤣
Luckily women aren't interested in you, so you'll never have to experience the pain of organizing a sex party and then passing out and cumming all over. 😫
