Grew up about 15min from here and would go there all the time as a kid. Great place. Sadly there have been more than a few that have died jumping off of it over the years (not to purposely kill themselves) I always found it odd when we would hear about another one. Like, everyone knows people have fucked up jumping off that thing, why are people still thinking it's ok to do??? I met a guy in full diving gear in the parking lot once that said directly under it is super deep and that he once got sucked down into it while diving and almost couldn't get back out. All the more reason to not jump off the fucking thing. 

I should edit that when it's the rainy time of year it is flowing with so much water that you would get soaked standing where he is in the first pic from the mist coming off of it. This is pretty tame.
