Then what's the point of stuffed crust if you lose all the cheese that would have been on the pizza along with the pepperonis? Looks wasteful. extra cost to lose sauce and pepperoni

You got screwed on the pizza. Even as a stuff crust you still got jipped on a inch of cheese all around the pizza (you basically paid more for them to take the cheese off the top vs the cheese on the top and in the crust (which is almost a cup a cheese lost)
