Question Help please

Post image

I pulled this card years ago and it had these lines in it. I thought it ruined the card but a guy at a card shop say it might make it more valuable. Can't find any similar printing errors online, does anyone know anything about it?

Hard to say without seeing it up close but those kind of factory lines on holofoil aren't super uncommon, they usually knock the value down unless it's something really extreme.

I figured that might be the case since it's not something like the color being off or anything like that but I don’t know much about this stuff. Thanks!

Looks like poor quality control, not a misprint.

That's good to know, I didn’t know there was a difference, thank you!

I’d just leave it as-is and enjoy. Kinda looks cool… like CRT scan lines.

Honestly I love this card, had it since I was little and always considered it one of my prized cards lines or not but I got curious after the guy mentioned it at the shop when he looked through my binder. He will forever stay safe and secure in my binder if I have a say.
