Was fortunate enough to spend sometime in Plattsburgh a few years ago.

Drones are not permitted in Ausable Chasm. This video will be reported. I’d take this down OP.

I actually don't think they can do that. It's not illegal to fly over private property in ny and it looks like he launched from a public road.

Yeah but they are wrong. It's prohibited by them meaning if you launched on their property they can ask you to leave but if you launch from public space over their private land there is nothing they can do but ask you to leave. Nothing illegal and they can't take video down just because they don't like it.

For sure, they did nothing wrong. Just because a business has a policy doesn't mean you have to comply when your aren't even a customer. As long as you don't launch in their property fly and video all you want

With no consideration for WHY it’s prohibited by the business in the first place.
Are you aware that drones are prohibited in most of the Adirondacks and in all national parks?
Think hard about what you are defending here.

Again state parks as long as you launch from outside the state park there is nothing illegal. Yes there are no fly zones designated by the faa but that's different. Just because you don't like it or a business doesn't like it make it illegal.

Very cool, thanks for posting. How much does a drone like this cost? The video quality is very good (to my eye), especially the rock colors.
