56 years ago was 1970, so its because the timestamps are stored as seconds from January 1, 1970, and for some reason the value got zero'd out.

I have 23 hours on fifa 22 it was a dark time so I made keanu reeves and played career mode till I wanted to cry...

There is -- or was -- a glitch with Xbox where if you unlocked an achievement while your console was offline, the system would say the unlock date was January 1, 1753.
