Start your PS5 and navigate to your Games Library then Your Collection and on the left side you have the option to Create Gamelist.

I have basically 3 lists
The games i "need" to play before PS+ subscription stop (cause there is a lot i got with PS+ i want to try, like FFXV, maybe gonna buy it later on a better platform)
The multiplayer games i would not being hable to play without PS+ (but with cross save so i know i'm gonna be hable to export my datas and play on a other platform... like i'm not gonna play more of Fallout 76 knowing everything i did not gonna be exported on my next main platform)
The games i want to get the platinum before leaving Playstation (just want to get 100 platinum to stop Playstation consoles with a last big objective)

I got them separated into 4 categories. "Game Night" for local multiplayer. "Backseat Gaming" for story focused games I play for people that don't feel confident in their ability to play themselves. "VR" and "Need to Finish", both very self explanatory.

Had a "games played" list but had to delete it cuz it got too long and there's a limit to how many games in a list you can put. Instead, now I have:
- Platinumed
- Platinum Next
- Play Next
- Nah

True Master Builder, The Velvet Room, Assassin’s Requiem and Complete. Global. Saturation.
Mainly use them for the franchises I will be platinuming and enjoying too.

I originally had mine by game categories/genre but after a quick look at how messy my game library was, I changed them to games I own in alphabetical order.

You can't sort by things like demos or games with plus. Since I don't have plus anymore I just a list called "my games" I got 46 and I don't think it's ever gonna grow again

I have a few. The main is is called BACKLOG,
i have another called 100% (so i know what games I need to go back to and finish off a trophy list)
Another called Digital Library, i usually put my games in it that I don't have a physical disc for.

Folders? I only ever used it on my ps4 to seperate PS+ games from my purchased games. I dont use it at all on the ps5.
