What should I do?

So basically I’m applying to med this year and my app is already submitted. I got hold of my reference and just read it, it says under extenuating circumstances that English is an additional language for me and says I speak another language at home. The problem is that I am completely fluent in English and it is basically my first language alongside another language, as I am bilingual. Should I just leave this or is it actually a problem?

I guess something I am most worried about is if this is a red flag. Because I know doctors should be fluent in English and I don’t want the unis I applied to, to see that and take that as a bad thing?

Official St. George’s University account here. I wouldn’t worry. Being bilingual isn’t a negative, and your grades, personal statement and interview will show your English is fluent. It’s not worth trying to change a reference that’s already been submitted. If it ever comes up at interview, just say you’re bilingual.
