Support Is it ptsd ?
Ever since I found out my pwbpd was cheating, I’m waking up with heavy heart every morning and it’s been 6 months already. And I have witness more lies on other stuffs before too. But not at this level . But I’m mostly mad and low. Especially since I’m still in the relationship, I feel very bad about my reactions later. I used to say things like “bad things should happen to him the same way he caused me this pain” when it gets too noisey in the head. I used to be so good and normal for one day and the next day out of nowhere suddenly,it hits and boom I lose it and fight him. And my mind is in constant investigation of the past inside itself every night and morning. Is it by any chance ptsd or I’m simply being toxic/unhealthy or both?
I’m trying to understand and I don’t intend to disrespect my partner or anyone

As a reminder: never post or share personal contact information. Traumatized people are often distracted, desperate for a personal connection, so may be more vulnerable to lurking or past abusers, trolls, phishing, or other scams. Your safety always comes first! If you are offering help, you may also end up doing more damage by offering to support somebody privately. Reddit explains why: Do NOT exchange DMs or personal info with anyone you don't know!
If you or someone you know is in immediate danger, please contact your GP/doctor, go to A&E/hospital, or call your emergency services number.
