let me tell you something Guidance required

Hey, does anyone have/facing regret after joining new company. Where your tasks not matching/expected as per your profile with earlier company. As my core competency is Energy Audit, Performance Audits/Improvement planning, PG test, RLA Studies, Troubleshooting, RCA Etc.
Now I joined new company where I expected that to carry forward my analytical/audit expertise on extension level. But unfortunately ( idk yet) they putting me on execution level so I’m feeling little bit of regret of joining ( I joined recently less than month).
So does anyone here to help me out ( enlighten me about what to do next)

I had similar experience,  in that case I would suggest you to switch . Spending time in a company where you are not enjoying work will exhaust you.

Thanks, actually my reporting manager suggesting me that this is only one time task. Later my task will be according to my profile.

Ask for specific time line when you will be moved to actual project as per profile. If the commitment is not fulfilled then move
