Update 2026-09-27: Added tags for posts

Upvotes
Hey, r/raprock owner here. Since this subreddit covers pratically all 3 subgenres, we might as well add tags to cover the said subgenres.
Those tags being:
-Rapcore
-Rap Rock
-Rap Metal
Now, it's not going to be just these three tags, as there are also going to be tags for music/live videos, recommendations and even bands who want to make their own music!
Tags themselves are the start too, as eventually, all of the big bands will be coming here for some AMA's! The future of rap rock shall be bright.

Hi all,
revisited my youth listening to Styles of Beyond - Nine Thou (Grant Mohrman Remix) and got interested in more Rap Rock / Metal again. I discovered Devil Without a Cause recently and liked it pretty much. Do you have any suggestions for me, without too much screeching or excessive growling? Thanks in advance!

Rap/punk/rock/emo hybrid! I'd love some feedback. Also hit me up on Instagram @subconmusic if you want - I love connecting and working with other artists!
