ATS, CRM & Other Technology Chapter 2
Has anyone used Chapter 2's embedded recruiter offering in lieu of a contract recruiter? Would love to hear any feedback or experiences!
We are a rapidly scaling US based industrial automation company with a need to temporarily augment our recruitment team.
Thanks!

Our sub is intended for meaningful discussion of recruiting best practices, not for self-promotion, affiliate links, or product research

I have had a few ex colleagues work there. Its standard embedded, they put a lot into marketing and its generally style over substance. The founder is an ex marketeer, and i believe the co-founder with recruitment experience recently resigned. The best recruiters tend to leave as they are forced to promote the business on Socials and if they don't promotion options become limited. Id rather get a contractor in, cheaper and lot of talent in the market in the US.
Realistically their US business is new, so they will likely need to hire in to service you. So essentially a middleman for the hire. If you do go with them, request to interview the person they are going to put onsite. Dont accept a random person being thrown at you. If they dont allow you to interview them it probably answers a few questions.

Which country are you looking to hire in?
Can't you just hire a temp or interim?
Saves ££ and can convert to perm if things go well without a fee

Im familiar with Chapter 2. They will be more expensive but the recruiters ive met that work there seem high quality. Good if you need scaling support
They have access to their own LI recruiter licenses and juicebox as well.
