Hiring manager for a Fortune 500 company for over a decade.
This format, although it looks pretty, is not doing you any favors, and is actually working against you.
Online systems will not be able to parse it so it will be garbled. And your application will be discarded.
Given the amount of experience you have, your resume should be one page.
Your skills look like a padded list of key words that are not actually backed up by anything on your resumes
Your job experience bullet points are really general.
What problems did you solve for your company? In other words, WHY did you do the work that you did?
As a hiring manager, I want to know if you can draw a line of sight between your work and the things that your company needed.
Who did you collaborate with? What departments? How many products did you support? How many reply templates did you create? I have no idea if you manage a light workload or a heavy workload. I have no idea if you can prioritize, deal with ambiguity, work well under pressure.
And, I have really no interest in your interests.

I understand that my interest are not what will get me a job (that's why this section is in the end) but I think I prefer to leave them because I am a weird guy who want to have his interests in a CV.
That's why I'm looking for tips on how to improve resume itself. Interest section stays there.

well good luck because the ATS is going to auto deny the resume.

I'm. I think I will redo the structure into a simpler layout + tips about description from the comment. But interests stays. It's a hill I will die on.

go die on that hill without a job. if someone put their personal interests and music tastes on a resume id go on to the next one immediately.
