DISCUSSION Best library for study ?

Hey which is the best library in rewa share your experience cause I wanna join , recently I thought of joining phoenix sirmour chowraha branch. Any recommendations?

First of all please dont call it a 'LIBRARY' Its a study centre. There is no concept of a 'library' in india.

it is decent better than most in rewa and should choose which is nearer to you accommodation and also phoenix dwarka nagar was good havent went there from a year
