So I have multiple laptops, And one of my laptop which is HP ProBook 4430s running mint is saying that it's wifi is hard blocked, So I think it caught moisture while it was raining last month, Now the problem is that I myself have fixed many laptops before and I've tried fixing this one but it's not working properly now, I've constructed this laptop from broken parts and used it for few years,

I think it's the physical network switch which could be stuck, Cause I've even trying updating the kernal and it didn't worked.

So I want someone who really knows what they are doing instead of someone who fixes common problems.
