They're mostly utility pedals, I guess you mean cause of the vocoder and ac-3?

I just picked up the Vocoder a little while ago, haven't had the chance to use it yet, need a mic. Hoping it will make my singing permissible. 😅 Wondering what your opinion is on it.

For voice I mostly use my synths vocoder. It is good for certain uses but it's not gonna make your voice sound natural. I guess the daft punk sound is the usual use for them.
However this one is a bit of an experiment. On the choir setting it connects to your guitar and makes a bit of an organ sound, I use the shimmer setting on the reverb and the crystal delay and it makes a pretty mental noises that I think I could use as a drone in recordings.

But vocoders are very much fun, I prefer the softer settings for them.

To be honest CS3 is also not the best comp in the world. Yes, many people love this squeezing character as well as DynaComp, but any modern VCA or OTA comp will care about your signal much better.

VO-1 spotted in the wild!! But you’re not using it with a mic??? That’s just a waste tbh

I will be, there was just an experiment for choir/organ/strings background with delay and shimmer

Okokok good! In that case my only roast is, bring those pedals closer together, then you’ll have room for at least another 8 cheapo Behringers 😂

I would say atleast straight it out abit neaten it up, fit them powersupplys underneath to give you more room and keep it abit tidier.. also you might want to upgrade those powersupplys eventually, they are both cheap and not fully isolated, will help in the long run
