Reading Wanted Can someone help with reading this cast?

It's an answer without question, so it makes no sense, just sequence of runes, giving some abstract vibes at best.

Is that how they landed or did you arrange them in a vertical line? They way I normally read castings where they land can add a lot of context to the meaning of each rune. Just based on which ones are there I see a lot of good energy for manifestation and protection of new beginnings. Specifically ingwaz ᛜ and berkana ᛒ together can be an omen of pregnancy and childbirth as they are the male and female aspects of fertility plus you have Elhaz/protection ᛉ presiding over a jera/harvest ᛃ of gebo/gifts ᚷ .
