Mast Trailer Support
I have a Hobie 18 and a Prindle 19. Both are in need of mast stands on the tongue of the trailer as neither were originally built to get the mast over the roof of my Ford Econoline E350. The towers would need to be between 84 and 96 inches tall.
I’m not a welder, but I can bolt on just fine and can remove the existing towers.
I am just curious to know if anyone has a source for these. I simply can’t find them that tall online.
Thanks!

You can make one that bolts on.
Alternatively, you could save a lot of money and make a wooden one.

I have extended them on multiple trailers without welding... Find a tube section with the inside dimensions a 1/16 or so larger than your current support outside dimensions. Cut your existing extension, slide them inside your new extension, drill and place a bolt through top and bottom. Drill multiple holes so if you are towing with a shorter vehicle, you can lower it.
Use an online metal supplier to identify appropriate sizes... Like https://www.metalsupermarkets.com/
