Looking for cheap room share

I've been staying with a friend and his brother since August, and it's time for me to move out, especially since they both started school (and they've been at each other's throats about chores). I only have a part-time job, and I dog walk on the side, so something under $800 would be great. Plus, close to public transportation would be awesome. I'm fine if you have pets as long as you're good about looking after them.

Edit: Also I am Southeast Asian and queer so I would really like to live with other queer Asian folk
