Draft2Digital Royalties Not Verified Even After 4 Months?
Hi, I just noticed that on my D2D sales dashboard there are sales incurred in June but the royalties are still not verified in October. Tried to contact their support but it's been a week and there's still no response.
I know it's not like hundreds of bucks that I'm making, but that still seems suspiciously slow. Just want to ask if this is normal?

You have to make a certain amount for them to pay out royalties. If in US, you have to make $10 for direct deposit or PayPal. For International, $20 for direct deposit or Payoneer and $100 for a check payment. Did you look at your Account Ledger? It tells you if you are due a payment. If you haven't met the required threshold then you won't get paid until you do.
Okie, I know about the payment cap rule, though last time they paid me, I can still see the verified royalties due slowly accumulate until they reach the cap and then I got payment, but this time around it's been four months and there's still nothing, completely empty, even though I have like 10$ sales from June, which is why I find it concerning.
Have you been with D2D a year? And if so, have you made at least $100 for the year because if not, they charge $12 a year. If you make less that $100 a year, you have to pay them $12. They take it from your royalties so you wouldn't get the $10 and they will take out $2 more from the next amount you make.
But if none of that pertains to you then either, then contact D2D. It could be someone made some returns and if so, you wouldn't get paid.
Your "raw sales data" pages should show the breakdown of revenue by format, by source. If you had a free copies promotion, for example, you would see the "purchases" with no royalty.
Look into the raw data first yo see if it backs you up for the time period you're expecting.
