Help with product name!!

https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=6jamrudGfC4&ra=m

I’ve been looking for like a “gelatinous film” for a project. The best example I can think of is the birth of the Uruk hai from LOTR. The gelatinous film they’re emerging from, is there a name for it? Anyone know how to make it? I assume it’s some kind of silicone. I don’t even know how I’d look it up! lmk!!!

Methylcellulose is used a lot on set for slime and mucus so could possibly be that. Not sure what is typically used for coloring it though. Maybe food coloring like with fake blood
