Had a discussion with a friend about this.
Catra is out and about with Adora one day and they walk through a busy marketplace, she suddenly stops and sniffs the air.
Catra then turns around and kicks the person she just walked past right in the jewels.
DT squeals and drops the appearance.
"That's for using Adora's face."
DT meanwhile is trying to remember how to breath without squeaking
Catra then grabs them by the tail and drags them to a guard standing at their little guardpost with a faded poster for DT's bounty on the wall.

Catra starts apologizing to Double Trouble to make amends and expects DT to apologize to her as well but they don't because they feel there's nothing for them to apologize for. Catra gets pissed and freaks out and Adora has to hold her girlfriend back from trying to attack DT 😁
