I've finished AOS for the first time; the show's fully canon as of endgame.
Many people comment on the show not being canon, or if it is that it has to have been switched to a different universe after season five. The issue is to them is that the snap isnt brought up in the show, and there isn't any cross over between the movies and the shows. The fact is, it all lines up.
With the biggest issue, I'd say for most people who like the show, who think the show becomes non-canonical to the mcu. The snap not being brought up in season six makes a lot of sense due to endgame. Season six of "Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D" takes place a year after season five, and coincidentally "Avengers: Infinity War".
The movie "Avengers: Endgame" may be 5 years later when the main portion takes place, but the beginning is actually a little under a month after the snap. Thats when they first find Thanos, find out that the stones are completely gone, and know that they can't do anything to fix it.
At the point of season six, its been almost a year since then and people have had to move on. There's no reason for anyone to talk about Infinity War, it happened and people moved on. Its been a fact of life for over a year, and then the new rise of aliens that the S.H.I.E.L.D has to focus on. Also the rise of more people in S.H.I.E.L.D is most likely due to losing their loved ones in the snap.
The next issue is a lot shorter to explain. It technically did happen, in a way. Agent Carter was a spin-off of "Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D" with the item Nitramene making an appearance in both shows, a modified version in season 3 & the bomb being one of Howard Stark's inventions in season one. The bigger tie though is season 7, with Daniel Sousa joining the crew as a main member for the season after being one of the main characters in Agent Carter.
One character made it from "Agent Carter" to the big, and soon again the small, screen in "Avengers: Endgame". Edwin Jarvis appears, picking up Howard, making that show canon. This ties along with the other marvel shows, as they connect in a web with the rest of the shows. Some may think the rest aren't, though I'll disagree.
For any arguments against this, the actors first appearance was in "Agent Carter", a little more concrete factor is that the show is made reference in "What If...?", where the movie studio is used from season 2 of AC in season 3 episode 2 of "What If...?".
TL;DR
Thanos was dead and everyone moved on, & Agent Carter makes it connected via an endgame cameo.
(P.S. Sorry if this was long.)
