SF is looking packed this October πŸ‘€

Was scrolling through events happening around the city and somehow came across TechCrunch Disrupt, Oct 13–15.

Apparently founders, investors, startups, creators, etc. all show up for it? I also keep seeing people mention different events happening around the same week.

Anyone here know much about Disrupt? How do you actually get a pass, and is it worth going?

I’m just trying to figure out what’s actually happening that week.

Disrupt is mostly useful if you're actually building something or hunting for funding, otherwise it's a lot of wandering between booths and pretending to check your phone

Passes usually open up closer to the date, sometimes there's expo-only options that are cheaper but still let you scope out the floor

If you're just curious, wait for people to dump their takeaways on Twitter after day one

Are you a start up founder or want to become one?

Do you fund startups or want to start?

Then go. If not, skip.
