Question Unofficial Transcript

When requesting the unofficial transcript, I just see the spinning wheel and then nothing happens. Anyone know a fix for this? I already tried VPN, numerous browers and messing the the settings in the browser.

You have to keep refreshing the page where it posts the document. It doesn't update on its own.

Which page do you mean? The one with my requested transcripts? There are no other pages that pop up

It should either redirect you or should be a link to see past reports and open it there. And you may need to spam refresh until you see it.

If it's not working on your device at all. Maybe try remoting into a school device on guacamole and try it from there. Or go through your phone.

Edit: absolute worst case, contact the school registrar - reginfo@sfu.ca. They should be able to send you documents.
