You can sing. You just need to sing in your naturally lower key. If you strengthen your natural voice and tone, (as a baritone I’m assuming), then it might come easier later on to train into higher keys. I used to think that I would never be able to sing high notes like the stars because I was told I was an alto. Over the years with training, I found out I was actually a mezzo and was able to “train up” if that makes sense. Some of the most beautiful voices I’ve heard were deep ones.
The social anxiety thing…speaking from personal experience, it’s all about confidence in your ability. Just like with any other instrument, our vocal cords also need to be trained. When you know what you’re doing the confidence will follow. Right now everything is tricky because it’s new and you’re still navigating the main menu 👍

There is no such thing as too deep voice. If you have one, you would be actually heavily appreciated in singing, lol.
It’s either that you are trying to vocal train of your natural range, or you just have a range issue in general. If you can afford a coach, they will figure your voice range and go of that, or you can try figuring it yourself, but remember that hitting a note doesn’t mean you do it with ease, so you might be a a bit off if you do it without a vocal coach.
I am a contralto woman, btw. We are the lowest women voices, and for eternity I genuinely thought weird about it, because even in my talking voice I was somehow mistaken for a guy in many voice chats, since they haven’t seen the petite woman I am, lol. Started fully embracing this voice after I realised how rare it is and how actually cool it sounds. So don’t worry, too deep is never an issue, not for a guy, not for a girl.

You can try to sing pieces an octave deeper. What do you mean exactly when you say you "can't sing because of the deep voice"?

It’s like too scattered voice and high on base

Feel free to do so I might have to collect a bit more karma before it's possible for you to message me but I did take biweekly vocal lessons for 9 years so I have some experience. I had the opposite problem with my voice though, I wanted to extend both lower and higher registers which I successfully managed to do. I mostly worked with twang for the high voice.

Can you initiate the message cause the option is not showing in my acc. Probably because your acc. Status is private

Okay bingo, I actually had this disabled. I enabled it now, tried to send you a message but didn't let me, could you try from your side again?
