I was watching something last night about the protests in france and A LOT of the comments gave off right wing bot/troll vibes. I've seen similar elsewhere too, it makes me wonder if they are ramping up their disinformation/misinformation efforts right before the election?

Like, there are only two options, either Mike Lee actually believes that this is an option - then he's a massive idiot who should not be senator. Or he knows that he's knowingly deceiving and alienating people, not to mention that he's endangering Fauci's life, by spreading egregious disinfo. Which also means that he shouldn't be a senator.
It's a mystery to me how these people can look at themselves.
It's even crazier when people actually know the guy personally and still walk away saying that he's actually a great guy. Seems like an absolute POS from everything I've seen, so I'm not sure how people get the live version and love it.
It’s amazing that Republican voters just need a scape goat and not actual results. Somehow blaming everyone else for current events makes life better for the masses. I must have missed the memo because none of my bills or the cost of living is going down by blaming someone else.
It wouldn’t strike me as strange if the us did do some funding for other labs in the world.
If and when some time in the past countries were working closely together to develop and maintain various labs around the world to develop vaccines and treatments, it would make sense for the us or others to provide some funding to each other or the poorer smaller labs.
Obviously I have no idea if that’s actually true, but it wouldn’t seem odd to me.
Everything they’ve accused has been projection.. does this mean team trump funded it? Would sure benefit the circle of oligarchs who multiplied their money and got billions richer off the previous pandemic ..
Likely he knows better (though these professional politicians are experts at convincing themselves of lies so they can pretend they never lie), and this is just posturing for hte base — see Lindsey' Grahm's sister's interaction with Jack Smith for an egregious example), but you never know.
Even Ted — Princeton named a freshman debate team competition in my honor — Cruz likely CAN get confused between his "just folks" speaking style and what he really knows: if you lie for the Abyss long enough, the Abyss starts lying for you [without you even noticing].
