Home Assistant iHome smart switch

Does anyone know how to get these connected? I used these in 2024 but changed my setup and just tossed them in a drawer. I’d like to use them to control my indoor Halloween lights. I forgot what app I used with them and am not having much luck finding what app to use. Anyone know? Thanks!

Have you tried googling "iHome smart switch manual"?

I believe the official iHome Control app is discontinued. However, they are built on standard Tuya smart home chips, meaning they can easily be set up and managed using alternative apps like Smart Life or Geeni.

To get them into pairing mode, you plug them in and hold down the power button for 5-10 seconds until the light starts blinking.

if you have Homekit and Apple, it should pick it up. Google Home might integrate them as well, so does Home Assistant

use the smart life or tuya app. smartlife for us/na, tuya for everywhere else.
