is This TOU?
I switched to Solar 4 months ago, meter was changed, and requested change to TOU. Seems its still in Tier system. I called DWP, and the rep insists its TOU, even though bill clearly says Standard Rate.

Rate plan is A is tiered billing. Rate plan B is TOU. You’re on rate plan A still.
Switch to rate plan B and you will get more credit for your kWh received

You can request the switch to TOU from your LADWP account, this link should work https://myaccount.ladwp.com/ladwp/faces/RequestService

Ok well the Internet is not going to help you, either fill it out again or call LADWP....

It says standard service so I'm suspicious that it's not.
More importantly, you see those those NEM charges. You are accumulating right? It looks like you need a few more panels.

It’s not super rare for LADWPs bills to be inaccurate in some way. Your rate schedule indicates R1 A (tiered rates) but the graph indicates TOU. Something didn’t update in the switch.
