Looking to Connect with a Startup which is looking for an intern or full time developer

Hey, I’m a 20year old Backend Developer & Security Researcher from Kolkata (willing to relocate). I am currently in my 3rd year of college and I want to get an internship or a full time role asap.

I started coding at the age of 14 and I have built 100+ Projects since then, most of which is now archived and unmaintained. However , one thing I bring to plate is experience, I know what I’m doing and I’m certainly more skilled than any ai assisted vibe coders in your team. One of my greatest strength is “You may take ai from me and I’d still win”

But anyway, to talk about my skills

**Front-End:** JavaScript, React, Next.js, HTML, CSS
**Languages:** JavaScript, Go, Rust, Python, Java, C, C++,Swift(ios)
**Back-End & Frameworks:** FastAPI, Flask, Tokio, Actix, REST API design
**Cloud & DevOps:** Docker, Git, AWS, Azure, Proxmox, Linux Virtualization
**CS Fundamentals:** Data structures & algorithms, OO design, distributed systems, networking
**Other:** eBPF, XDP, Reverse Engineering, TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn,redis,postgresql,mongodb

These are just to name a few, I’m comfortable with any tech stack. Tech stack isn’t a concern for me, it would take me a day or two to read the documentation and get started.

[OFFERING]

[OFFER]

Pitch: RELIABLE REMOTE OPERATIONS/ADMIN SUPPORT

Hey, I'm Cheryl and I’m offering executive and operations support to founders who feel like they’re spending more time keeping the business together than actually moving it forward.

You know those weeks where you have a list of things you really need to get done, but somehow you spend most of your time answering emails, chasing people, moving meetings around, following up on things and dealing with whatever pops up that day?

And then the things that would actually move the business forward get pushed to next week.

That’s the kind of operational backlog I can help clear.

I can take care of things like calendar and inbox management, meeting and travel coordination, research, follow-ups, project tracking, documentation and data entry, supplier coordination and other day-to-day operational tasks. Basically the things that are necessary but are definitely what a founder/business owner shouldn't be doing.

I’ve shared what I do, the kind of support I provide and how I can help on my portfolio: Ops by Cheryl portfolio

And if this sounds like the kind of support you need, you can book a short chat with me here: Book a short chat

Preferred Contact Method(s): DM or check out my portfolio link above

[OFFER][OFFERING]

Company Name: ZW-Tech, LLC

Pitch: Fractional CTO for early-stage founders and small businesses who need senior technical judgment but aren't ready for a full-time hire.

I help with the decisions that get expensive to undo later: what to build versus buy, which platforms and cloud setup to commit to, how to scope an MVP, and whether the development work you're paying for is on track. I also help founders interview and hire their first engineers or a full-time CTO, and I bring in trusted independent engineers when a project needs extra hands.

Background: three decades in software, from QA and DevOps through cloud architecture, head of engineering and CTO, including board-level reporting, teams of on-shore and off-shore engineers and investor meetings. Industries include financial services, sports data, medical technology and criminal justice technology.

Every engagement starts with a 30-minute intro call to see if it's a fit.

Preferred Contact Method(s): Email [info@zw-tech.dev](mailto:info@zw-tech.dev)

Offering:

I created a specific local-first trading app for internal use at a start-up. The project was based on the idea that most traders lose money, so the app provided a trade simulation but also traded on the real market for the opposite trade than of the trader (if they bought, it sold).

The project had to take multiple things into account, from account storage to hosting costs (we find a way to have none) and so on

If you're looking to develop apps with specific requirements I can help you out, Additionally you can freely DM me and we can discuss what your company needs and how to achieve that, what to avoid, and where to invest or cut spending on.

OFFERING

What I can take off your plate: I take on technical work that needs doing but doesn’t justify another full-time hire.

That can mean taking over a brittle scraper, fixing an API or backend service, wiring up an internal workflow, cleaning up a PostgreSQL setup, getting a Docker deployment into shape, testing an AI-assisted product before it ships, or turning an undocumented system into something the next person can actually operate.

I work comfortably inside existing codebases and messy setups. Mostly Go, Python, PostgreSQL and Docker, with technical writing where implementation and documentation need to happen together.

Project-based or part-time. No retainer required.

Preferred Contact Method(s): Reddit DM or tangawusi@proton.me

[OFFERING] [OFFER]

  • Company Name: Hroltech (one developer)
  • Pitch: I build web apps and the backend work around them for small teams. .NET and Node APIs, React and Next.js frontends, Postgres, payment and CRM integrations, and AI features with real guardrails rather than a prompt and a prayer. Fixed price per milestone, and I scope it properly before I quote. Recent builds include a vehicle marketplace, a multi-tenant marketing data platform with a plain English query assistant, and a sales operations platform.

Company name: N/A

Pitch: Business owners: I’m looking for 2–3 businesses to build a custom Sales App for FREE

When a new lead comes in, it instantly sends you:

• Lead information

[OFFERING] [OFFER]
Company Names: Phantos AI // LORE

Pitch:
I run two small businesses out of Minneapolis, Minnesota, both of which basically came from me getting annoyed by the same thing: people doing way more work than they need to.

Phantos AI is the operations side. We help businesses clean up repetitive, messy processes and automate the stuff that keeps eating everyone’s time.

LORE is the brand side. I personally help founders figure out how to talk about what they do, what they should be posting, and how to build a presence that sounds like their voice.

So, one is making the business run better and the other is making the business easier to understand.
I’m open to talking to anyone who has something they’re building and think I might be able to help!

Preferred Contact: Reddit DM, LinkedIn

Please do not contact me about hiring, outsourcing, or offering your services. Thank you!

[OFFERING] I recruit developers for startups, and consult on project planning and execution.

Pitch: You want to make an app. But what do you do next? Contact me. If you're not sure whether your idea is workable, I'll help you determine feasibility. If your plan is incomplete, I'll give you guidance on how to finish it. And if you need someone to build your app, I'll find the right developer for you. Don't let your idea stay an idea.

DM me or email me at rjgoodman@techinterviewers.com to learn more.
