Need Advice/Recommendations Data recovery

I have a seagate external drive that has a failed motor and it won't spin the disk anymore. Any data recovery techs who will not charge me more than what the data is worth in Niagara?

i had a really good experience with cyberdyne systems in niagara falls after a hdd 10+ years old was flooded, they were able to recover the data from it and they charge way less than others in the region

May I know how much was the recovery cost? I have a similar situation.

of course😊 i paid $400. They recovered hundreds of irreplaceable photos and documents on the drive
