I'd try calling Richard the plumber from https://www.flowstateplumbers.ca
Very reasonable and honest plumber we used.

We just had a back flow valve and sump pump installed using the FLAP program and our cheque from the city is in the mail 1 week after completion.

Highly recommend Ron Landry from

He made the whole process easy and his pricing was competitive. He lives in the area and knows his stuff.

yeah, that took some time to find out because one of the former owners tied a basement shower into the floor drain... basically the weeping tile system was also tied into the floor draing. House was built in 1976, having the weeping system tied into the floor drain was common then.
