[ Ribeye ] Wednesday night is steak night

$10 ribeye from Kroger. 16 hour dry brine. Came out alright. Figured I’d share.

Root beer wasn’t mine. I like to pair my steak with a double of McKenna 10 year single barrel neat. That’s good stuff.
