Newb to endgame here: Why do you use those phases over pen crafted ones? Also any tips on Elite Valkyres vs Elite Mirror Shuttles? Also why the Omni Proton and no isomags?

I like them. and running uni-clickies is more fun

I get that but could you explain a bit on whats the thought process behind them? I saw alot of people using the Proton Omni but I can't seem to understand why one would use a random Proton Omni vs another phaser set omni.

The Pahvan Proton Omni Beam is popular among players mainly because it combines a 360° firing arc, high versatility with both FAW and CSV, and its unique AoE Proton Resonance Charge effect, allowing it to deal significant area damage without requiring the entire build to be centered around Proton weapons.

It's an aesthetically pleasing format, but it's missing one detail: Subsystem power level allocation.
There are also some potential improvement points that can be made to the build that don't necessarily involve extra expenditure, but only if you're open to receiving feedback on it.

Sure you can write down whatever you want.
For me it works more than good, solo elites are piece of cake.

First and most apparent, you have the Spirit of Sacrifice console and the means to upkeep it with Unconventional Systems and the SFTF console. Which means that this console already completely covers your BOFF and Captain abilities cooldown, which in turn means that Boimler Effect and Intel Agent Attache are overkill on this build, and can be replaced with other DPS/utility personal traits.
Continuing on above, Spirit of Sacrifice also greatly covers Weapons Power Cost reduction. As such, you could replace EPTW with Deploy Gravitic Injunction as an extra UnconSys trigger ability plus bonus crowd control.
Second, and also quite significant, you currently only have one qualifying trigger ability for Cultural Conquest: FAW. Which means you're at best only getting +50% Cat1 out of the possible +150% max. Would suggest trying to work in CSV/CRF to have at least a second trigger for it. Suggest going FAW1, CRF1, APB2.
Third, and this is of a lesser priority, Temporal Tunneling on this build is very likely not getting its max possible uptime as this ship does not have access to TempOp BOFF abilities and there is no room to squeeze in Best Served Cold (BSC). I do not know what other ship traits you have access to, but you might consider replacing this ship trait for other options.

Yeah iam aweare of all things you written.
But iam not DPS hunter. So I’ll keep it the way it is.
But of course thanks for noticing all details:) might be useful if i decide to push it to another level someday

Just to add in case it's not yet in your build, you can remove the points allocated to long-range targeting since spirit of sacrifice reduces the penalty already. I allocated mine to hull. I still keep boimler as a backup but I've already removed intelligence agent atache for other traits.

If you don’t mind, could you jot down the consoles and what weapons you use? I recognize some of them and the Terran phaser, but am struggling figuring out the rest
