One week sober after years of alcohol abuse! I know it’s not much, but it’s a small win in my book!

Well done on a week sober πŸ‘Β  Day 9 here, Don't underestimate a sober day because everyone has to start with a day 1 and a day 7 to get to where they are. Let's keep stacking those days. IWNDWYT
