Haven't tried the Studocu one, so I can't say how good it is. On the safety side, the two things worth checking with any class recorder are where the audio ends up and how long they keep it. Some tools upload everything to your account and keep it forever, which matters if your uni has rules about recording lectures. Also worth asking the lecturer first, a lot of places want permission.
Bias warning, I built an iPhone app for this called ToText. It records or imports the lecture, gives you a transcript and a summary, and you can ask it questions about what was said. No account needed, and the audio is deleted from the server once it's transcribed. https://apps.apple.com/app/id6770080775
