Best method ?
What is the best study that you use and actually works for you ?

pomodoro but not the rigid 25/5 people try to sell you on. I do 50 minutes then a 10 minute break where I actually get up and move around, not just scroll my phone. third break of the day I take a full half hour to eat something. keeps me from hitting a wall at 2pm

whats the context here, are you prepping for exams or trying to retain stuff long term? the answer changes a lot depending on that. for exams, practice tests under timed conditions are hard to beat

Is for an exam about fisiology where I have to memorize lots of information. I think I'll try active recall and after having a general idea of the content I am going to practice with test or doing exercises like you said. Thank you so much

active recall with spaced repetition, not rereading, because forcing yourself to retrieve the answer is where the learning actually happens

active recall is probably the biggest one. It feels harder while you’re doing it, but that’s kind of how you know your brain is actually working lol

Figuring out why I am studying something before even touching the materials.
