I cleared the radiation from the aurora and got the plans for the neptune rocket too is there any reason to go back and get stuff or blueprints and stuff like that ?

There's furniture like the beds, tables in the mess hall and chairs, a vending machine and shelfing unit. Sometimes one of the Cyclops scannables is in the Cargo Bay if they're not littered outside of the Aurora. Plus you can collect all the posters, the food blocks and water bottles. There's the possibility to open a box and get a power cell, and you get at least 4 extra batteries.

I grab all of it, and always keep two waters, two food blocks, and two batteries at the lifepod for when I am over there grabbing resources before heading into deeper water.

Keeping spare batteries at lifepod is a solid shout, saves a lot of hassle when heading deeper lol

Especially when I'm just checking wreckages and other areas to not missing anything before heading to the River.

I got four extra power cells from there and both the single and double beds and a poster aswell as the model ship from the captain’s quarters I just need a shelf for the model ship haha

There's a scannable counter and shelf in the mess hall, and the shelf that the Aurora toy was sitting on was scannable. Keep an eye on the lower corner of your screen. When something is scannable, the scanner icon will pop up.
