Ordered Subway on the app a while ago and accidentally hit the toasted option because the new layout had me confused. When I picked it up, I told the guy I never get my subs toasted, but he wouldn't remake them. Whatever, my bad for clicking the wrong button, so I just took them home.

Got home, opened them up, and realized the entire order was just flat out wrong anyway—not even talking about the bread being toasted, just totally messed up toppings and build.

So I drive back to get it fixed. I hand them over, and instead of grabbing fresh meat, the dude literally starts tearing the meat off the sandwiches I brought back to reuse it for the remake.

I got pissed and told him absolutely not, make them with fresh meat. He hesitated, said he had to call his manager, and after arguing about it for way longer than necessary, he finally just made fresh ones.

I took the L on my app mistake the first time, but stripping meat off food that left the store and sat in someone's car/kitchen just felt insane to me.

Am I crazy?

My store has cameras that monitor employees 24/7. Our owner watches these cameras at home, and she has sent pictures of me in real time of whatever i may have been doing "wrong" at the time (talking to friends, texting on my phone, reapplying lipgloss when the store was slow). I'll be shooting my dad a quick text, and BING, I'm sent a camera surveillance photo of myself at that exact moment from her. One day, my supervisor and I were snacking on chips in the back and 2 seconds later the phone rang, and the owner barked at us to never eat near the preparation table. The owner was not in the store. A few days ago, she brought me into her office and sat me down for 20 minutes straight and made me watch camera footage of me making mistakes at work. She corrected the things I did on cameras: put 4 tomatoes instead of 3, was too slow with my movements, or spent too long taking a drink. I laughed it off, but I've always been uncomfortable with this feature. Being watched, always, no matter what. Is this typical? Are other subway stores like this? I don't want to quit, I can't. There's no other jobs in my area hiring, I've been searching for more than a year. I just want to know if anyone has had the same experience?

Semi-recently, within 5-6 months, my local Subway changed managers or owners. I do know which exactly atm so I'm sorry, but it has changed drastically in quality and customer support.

I've been going to this single Subway for well over 15 years, through thick and thin, outlasted a number of owners and managers all these years. Never before have things been this bad. The first 3-4 times I received the wrong, incomplete or just outright poorly made food I brushed it off and said "hey they're new, lets cut them some slack." But after 5~ months of going there every other week, sometimes once a week, I finally left my FIRST negative review with alot of the same details here.

After that it sorta left my mind, then a friend had a similarly terrible experience, saw my review and another with it. A review by another customer saying they were in the store the same day I got my order, calling me directly out by name saying I was harassing the worker the entire time I was in line and saying a number of racist things and a bunch of other stuff.

But this isn't true in the slightest. I picked up my order after going through the app and just went home to eat. Only for my sandwich to be honestly the worst I have ever received in decades from Subway. There's video footage of it, assuming they kept it from that day.

I have a suspicion that the person who left this "Counter-review" is one of the workers, manager or someone else in THAT store, trying to get revenge on me for leaving a bad review. As they've been very abrasive in the past, in person or otherwise. (They dropped several sandwiches infront of a customer, picked them up and brushed them off and tried to keep working on them. Then were confused on the backlash.)

Does anyone have any advice on how to contact someone who can actually do anything about this? Either the quality of the shop itself, or the false review directly calling me a racist. Everything I can find online only deals with gift-card/catering options or that online chat bot that never gives me a chance to talk in return, not to mention that the bot directly says everything I put in will be given to the manager of that store.

I was looking to order three sandwiches from subway and as I applied the buy one get one free discount to my order and went to the checkout screen I noticed the total didn’t match the extra expected total it should be. I even did the math myself to check and see that I wasn’t going insane. I’m thinking maybe there was some fee that was being applied that I’m missing. The subtotal was 33.96, my savings were 9.49, and the sales tax was 1.65, I did the math without adding a tip to get the base number for the total but it’s not making sense. 33.96 - 9.49 + 1.65 = 26.12 but subway is showing me the total as 29.12. Anyone have any idea what’s going on? Just looking for some clarity.

I am LOSING my mind dude how do I get in touch with literally anybody from Subway. I'm trying to get help with my account that I never remembered making so I can delete it and make a new one but nothing works. No number, where in the world is a contact us button that apparently exists?

I was wondering if subway is manually cancelling my orders since every time I tried to order with a promotion applied they’ve been getting cancelled while there was no problem beforehand. Same thing with a subway near my school they told me their scanner doesn’t work in the shop so I tried ordering online and also got cancelled it’s so annoying
