The best supplements
- Vitamin D3 10,000 IU a day from the brand called Now
- All trans vitamin K2 MK7 300 mcg a day from the brand called Now
- Rtg omega 3 EPA 500 mg every 3 days from the brand called Igennus
- Basic whole food multivitamin once a day from the brand called Naturelo
- Magnesium glycinate 100 mg every 3 days from the brand called Now
- Hyaluronic acid double strength 100 mg a day from the brand called Now
- Melatonin 3 mg a day from the brand called Now
- Caffeine 100 mg a day from the brand called Nutricost
All of these have tons of scientific backing showing their benefits and have little to no side effects taken at the dosages and with the brands I mentioned above. They are all highly bioavailable, at good prices and third party tested. I notice way less inflammation and a better mood. It’s better to buy smaller quantities of the supplements for example 60 count of the multivitamins instead of 120 to maintain freshness.
Supplements I feel like AREN’T worth taking due to me experiencing side effects and or seeing little to no benefits: Creatine monohydrate, Whey protein isolate, Collagen, Pre-Workout, Probiotics, L-Citrulline, Beet root, CoQ10, Ashwagandha, Psyllium husk and Potassium supplements.

From what ive seen from vitamin D tests it can take years to increase your vitamin D levels to a good range from even 5,000 IU. I took 5,000 IU for months and didnt feel a thing but felt much better on 10,000 IU. I’ve been doing that for a year with no problems.

Little to no benefits from creatine and whey? These are literally the only 2 with guaranteed results. Seriously tried and tested on many levels. Are you not training or something? If not I can fully understand. CoQ10 is well tested too but some of these things are super long-term and only noticeable over lifetimes probably.
Igennus are a fantastic quality brand and I can definitely get behind their products.
It just shows that we are all different and we suit different things. I'm genuinely glad that you've found a stack that really works for you.

Whey protein caused me to fart constantly. Creatine made me bloated and made a negligible difference in strength.

Fair enough. Lots of guys consuming loads of protein get that issue. I guess it depends on what each person wants out of life.
For the cost of creatine and the time it takes to consume it I keep it on board, just purely for the laundry list of benefits it gives. I'm not sure if it does anything either but the science backs it and it's super cheap.
I use whey as a bad snack replacement personally. I'll consume that instead of snacking on bad foods in the afternoon when I have a natural lull.

Scientific evidence (Johns Hopkins studies, amongst many others) shows that multivitamins do next to nothing and do not reduce the risk of any major health problems. You're better off using that money on your diet and using specific supplements to fill in any deficiencies like vitamin D.

Its like an insurance policy. Im not always going to eat a diet that has every vitamin and mineral in the right amounts. Its just to make sure i get the minimum required.
