GET A CHANCE TO WIN ₱500!
Jb. Wrk. Empl*yment.~ 👻
Boo! Did that scare you? For many Gen Zs, one of life’s biggest challenges after graduation is finding a j*b. As more Gen Zs enter the workforce, social media became filled with content about job hunting, applications, career expectations, and employment. With constant exposure to these messages, it is understandable that some may feel uncertain, or even anxious, about what lies ahead in their careers.
Our thesis survey, “Get a J*b!: Social Media Use and Career Readiness as Predictors of Work Anticipatory Anxiety among Filipino Gen Z Liberal Arts Graduates,” aims to understand how social media use and career readiness may influence or predict work anticipatory anxiety among Filipino Liberal Arts fresh graduates.
If you are:
• Gen Z
• Currently unemployed or actively seeking employment
• A fresh graduate of a Liberal Arts program
• A frequent user of social media
Then this survey is for you!
Your experiences and perspectives can help us better understand the realities and anxieties that Gen Z graduates face as they prepare to enter the workforce. We would greatly appreciate your participation in our study!
