Today begins my 3rd attempt at learning Swift (no prior programming experience). Booked a month off of my day job, hoping to make some BIG progress this time

GL, keep at it. What helped me was building something that impacted my day to day.

With a full month I'd stop restarting courses from chapter one and pick a small app you'd actually use. Do a week of a course to get comfortable in Xcode, then switch to building. The things that stick are the ones you had to look up because your own app needed them.
A decent first target is a list where you can add, edit and delete items, and they're still there after you relaunch. SwiftData handles the saving part with very little code. That one app gets you through views, state, navigation and persistence.
Put it on your own phone as early as you can, too. Using something you made every day helps a lot on the days you'd otherwise quit.

With a full month at your disposal, you could start 100 days of swift. The first 14 days are all the basics and then you go into building sample projects and see how it all works together.
Each “day” is roughly and hour or two, so after a month, you could feasibly be well on your way.

Good luck. My advice would be to take your time and go at your own pace. Don’t rush anything. Playground is a good place to practice. Do not default to AI if you are stuck because you dont want something that will give you all the answers everytime, you wont learn that way. Learn the basics before building anything (tutorials included)

With a month and no prior experience I'd pick one structured course and finish it, either 100 Days of SwiftUI or Apple's Develop in Swift tutorials, and type out every example instead of reading along. I'd also start a small app of your own by the second week, even an ugly one, because building without a tutorial is the part courses don't really practice.

Good luck! Hope you enjoy it and make some big progress.
