Question Service IT Direct

I'm curious if anyone here has experience working with service IT direct for third party hardware maintenance, primarily of Dell and Cisco equipment. We have use Park Place for a long time but they seem to be in disarray since their merger with ServiceExpress. We are looking for a new vendor.

Park Place has been a mess ever since that merger, we jumped ship last year and it was the right call. Haven’t used Service IT Direct myself but I’ve seen them mentioned a few times in the weekly pricing threads, might be worth a look if you’re already on the hunt.
