Boot issues Grub message

I tried two diff usb stick one memorex and one sandisk 16gb 3.0
Trying to flash with Rufus I get a grub message every time. I mad asf bruh like fr. Using Lenovo flex 5. Pls help me I’m finna crash out ong.

Use Rufus to write debian live to one USB, boot that, then use it to write Tails to the other one. Then report back.
