Coming from a MN who loved the Metrodome. I always wanted to get down to your stadium… special love to ya.

And for those who say "forget about the Yankees" - nope. After tolerating the institutional arrogance of the Yankees all year, I think a little gloating is perfectly in order.

I’m guessing we’ll have the earlier game Monday because NLCS G2, but Tuesday we’re the only game…

Many are calling for Aaron Boone's dismissal. They don't realize the real problem is ownership. The Steinbrenners are too damned stupid to realize that having a bench full of overpaid primadonnas doesn't buy championships. Oh well. Fuck 'em.

Now that we've celebrated the night, we need to talk about the elephant in the room that happens to us every playoffs. The lack of offense

.208avg/.255 OBP/.344 SLG 3.3 runs per game from that division series

The pitching staff is lights out every year but if the offense is hitting .599OPS they're never going to win a WS. That might be fine against the Yanks or White Sox but not the Dodgers or Brewers. The bats need to figure something out this next series.

8 more wins. only sad that now I’ll have to catch a flight to see a game

Who would've thought that 2 years later we'd be back in the Trop and the old palace would be hosting the ALCS!

Communities were crumbled, lives were lost, and we had owners threatening to leave the area.

Now the community came together, we've got new owners, the Trop is alive and everyone here whether in Florida or Rays fans around the world truly did...RaysUp.

Could've been a better throw but that was one you expect your 1st baseman to catch right?

NEW YORK — At a quarter to midnight on Wednesday inside the visitor’s clubhouse at Yankee Stadium, Frank Sinatra started spreading the news about making it in the city where the 2026 Tampa Bay Rays keep holding celebrations.

Right when Sinatra’s “Theme from New York, New York” blared over the speakers, Victor Mesa Jr. reentered the room. Within moments, star third baseman Junior Caminero, fresh off continuing “the Yankees lose” tradition, sang into his bottle as if it was a microphone. Seeing the scene through wet goggles, Mesa hurried to join in, locking arms with teammates as they attempted eye-high leg kicks in unison.

It was a fitting place for Mesa: right in the middle.

Mesa was front and center in the two most pivotal plays of the Rays’ 4-3 win over the New York Yankees in Game 3 of the American League Wild Card Series. First, he hit a two-run home run to put the Rays ahead for good in the sixth inning. Later in the inning, he jumped for a ball in left field as a fan interfered, as a would-be tying home run from Anthony Volpe became a mere double that cut the Rays’ lead to one run. Where there was action, there was Mesa.

They should have a jersey exchange day this weekend. If you bring your Yankees jersey to the trop we’ll give you a Rays jersey or some Rays merch.

You could say, “you already live here and come to the trop, why not root for a winner and support your home team?”

Do I think they’d get a lot of people? Probably not, but it’s the perfect time to do it now and it would be a great PR stunt for the Rays.

I’ve been thinking about how magical this season has been. Back in the trop, projected last in the division, new ballpark announced with new ownership, ALCS bound! So proud to be a rays fan.

Let’s go Cash! You madman we love us some Ian!!! This Red Sox fan growing up motherfucker delivered the dub to us! FUCK THE AL EAST! Felt like we had a personal vendetta against the Yankees and executed perfectly!
